EDUCATION CURES
Education Cures is committed to developing and improving education programs for children in communities around the world. As such, our projects focus on:
CREATING early learning centers
TRAINING teachers to boost the cognitive abilities of young learners (building memory, improving auditory/visual processing, enhancing information processing speed, etc.)
TEACHING parents various methods to support and supplement their children’s education
IMPLEMENTING a new early learning, kindergarten-like curriculum for students ages 4 to 6.
The first of such centers is being developed in our Sierra Leone project site, in conjunction with the Sierra Leone International Mission School (SLIMS). There is still lots of work to be done, but Education Cures is thrilled to be making strides towards the completion of this flagship institution!
